Mr. Segal Potang is an experienced educator and education leader with a strong commitment to improving the quality of education. He served in government schools for 11 years before joining the Seventh-day Adventist Education System, where he has served as both a teacher and Education Director. He possesses the following academic qualifications: • Master’s degree in Research Methodology • Bachelor of Arts Degree • Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership & Development • Diploma in Education Through his years of service, Mr. Potang has gained extensive experience in educational administration, teacher development, curriculum support, and school improvement initiatives.
