Adventist Family Life Director

Bill Robinson serves as the Director of Adventist Family Ministries for the Central Papua Conference. Originally from East New Britain Province, he is married to a spouse from Central Province, and together they are blessed with three children. Pastor Robinson received his education at Kambubu Adventist Secondary School, Sonoma Adventist College, and Pacific Adventist University (PAU). He has dedicated his life to pastoral ministry and family ministry, serving the Seventh-day Adventist Church faithfully since 2000. With more than two decades of ministry experience, he is passionate about strengthening Christian families through biblical teaching, leadership development, counselling, and family enrichment programs. His ministry is centered on helping individuals and families build strong relationships with God and one another while preparing them for Christ's soon return.

Therese Titi Maiah

Children's Ministries Director

Minister Therese Henry-Maiah serves as the Children's Ministries Director for the Central Papua Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. She is from Central Province and is married to a husband from Kavieng, who serves as a missionary carpenter with Pacific Adventist University's Support Services Department. Together they have two children, Leetiana (9) and Tristan (2). She earned a Diploma in Pastoral Ministry and Theology from Sonoma Adventist College (2011–2012) before serving as a church pastor from 2013 to 2018. She later completed a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and Theology at Pacific Adventist University (2019–2022). Prior to joining the Central Papua Conference, she served at Mt. Diamond Adventist Secondary School as Assistant Chaplain and Girls' Dean (2023–2024), where she was actively involved in mentoring and nurturing the spiritual growth of young people. Minister Henry-Maiah is committed to nurturing children's faith and equipping leaders to disciple the next generation for Christ.

Segal Potang

Education Director

Mr. Segal Potang serves as the Director of Adventist Education for the Central Papua Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is an experienced educator and educational leader with a strong commitment to advancing quality Christian education and developing schools that nurture both academic excellence and spiritual growth. Before joining the Seventh-day Adventist Education System, Mr. Potang served in the Papua New Guinea Government education sector for eleven years. He later transitioned into Adventist Education, where he has faithfully served as both a classroom teacher and an Education Director. His broad experience in educational leadership has equipped him to support schools, teachers, and administrators in strengthening teaching standards and student outcomes across the Conference. Mr. Potang holds a master's degree in research Methodology, a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and Development, and a Diploma in Education. His professional expertise includes educational administration, teacher professional development, curriculum support, leadership training, and continuous school improvement initiatives.
