Central Papua Conference is one of the 10 mission fields in the Papua New Guinea Union Mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific Division. We are commissioned to proclaimed the everlasting gospel as emphasised in Revelation 14:7-9. 

The Central Papua Conference serves people living in ten (10) districts of the Central Province and National Capital District of Papua New Guinea.
The ten (10) Districts are;
1.NCD District  2.Abau District  3.Aroma District 4.Bisiatabu District  5.Cape Rodney District  6.Korela District  7.Kwikila District  8.Maria District  9.Rigo District  10.Rural NCD District

The Central Papua Conference (CPC) has seven key strategic intents that describes its mission.
They are:

4. Active Stewardship 
5. Seventh-day Adventist Identity
6. Human Resource and Organisational Development 
7. Infrustructure development. 

The Central Papua Conference joined the worldwide Adventist Churche in embracing the initiative of Total Member Involvement (TMI) program. We have recently completed a 10 days Discipleship Training with trainer Dr. Peter Roennfeldt, at Hohola Seventh-day Adventist Church where local church pastors, elders, missionaries and leaders attended. The seminars were telecasted 24 hours later by a local television station company - ClickTV PNG. Churches in the rural districts also participated with great interest.
